Les universités catholiques ont beaucoup à offrir aux écoles catholiques. Inversement, les écoles catholiques sont importantes pour les universités catholiques en partie parce qu'elles représentent un bassin clé à partir duquel attirer des étudiants. Cette page fournit des informations sur les collaborations entre les universités et les écoles catholiques, à commencer par CHESCS (Catholic Higher Education Supporting Catholic Schools) aux États-Unis. CHESCS rassemble les ressources et l'influence des universités catholiques pour renforcer les écoles catholiques par le biais de programmes de recherche, enseignement et leadership, développement professionnel et plaidoyer.
Aux États-Unis, CHESCS (Catholic Higher Education Supporting Catholic Schools) est un effort de collaboration visant à impliquer les universités catholiques dans le soutien aux écoles catholiques. CHESCS promeut la collaboration entre les universités (par le biais de leurs départements de formation professionnelle, facultés, divisions et centres de recherche) et la National Catholic Education Association pour soutenir les écoles catholiques.
